Richard Toh PK is the Founder and Managing Director of PS Consulting Group of companies. With a humble Polytechnic Education, Richard built his career path as a sales person since 1986. With the encounter of multiple challenges in the early days, he invested heavily in Structured Learning since 1990 and was evolving as a highly sought after sales professional in various field of specialty. In addition to his significant career performance with various MNCs, he has acquired through his hard work, a series of academic qualifications including Post graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (CIMUK), Bachelor Deg in Business (La Trobe University Australia), Candidate of Master’s Deg of Management and Doctorate Deg of Philosophy from UK’s International Management Centre’s Association (IMCA)

As a self-starter in the Consulting field since 1999, Richard has accomplished tremendous business results for and with his huge pool of corporate clients in the Asia region.

In addition to his career achievements, Richard is the President of Asian Management Association, an association that promotes and nurtures Action-Learning and Business Professionalism.

Toh Puay Yong

Puay Yong is the Executive Director and co-founder of PS Consulting Group. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Singapore graduated from National University of Singapore (Bachelor of Accountancy degree), Puay Yong has acquired an MBA from the University of Manchester UK, and is also a Fellow of the International Management Centres Association (IMCA UK).

Puay Yong has worked in US & German MNCs & regional corporations and is well exposed to the areas of corporate planning, risk control, financial management, administration, operations and quality management. His experience (including 2 years station in China) spans across such industries as manufacturing, trading (physical distribution and derivatives) and IT services. 

Since 2000, Puay Yong has accomplished many consulting projects on Finance, Strategy, System Development and Capital Expansion for significant organizations in Singapore and part of Asia. In addition to his significant corporate consulting achievements, Puay Yong has held the position as the private school Supervisor and has lectured/trained widely in the region in various MBA and management programs.

With his past 27 years of management exposure, Dr Chan has been regarded as a veteran academic cum practitioner in the Holistic Learning arena. His impressive career achievement includes his position as the Director of Internal Consulting in the Sinar Mas Group, the 2nd largest conglomerate in Indonesia, and also his COO position in the Cambodia's casino group.

In addition to his busy work schedule dedicated to the regional traveling on the consulting services, he spent his time in continuing his research in Action-Learning and Holistic-Learning. He believes that the right learning method is the Key to Human's success.
