Richard Toh is the founder and Managing Director of PS Consulting Group Pte Ltd

Previously the Business Manager of a German trading MNC, Richard started his career in the mid-80s. He has built his career path rapidly through formal university education (at undergraduate & postgraduate levels) and by being a self-starter. A veteran management professional in Quality Assurance, Marketing & Sales, and Business Development, Richard has gained a wealth of job experience in various fields of specialty: Building & Civil Engineering, Consumer Goods Distribution, Aerospace Products & Support, and Industrial System and Quality Management.
Having been involved in a wide spectrum of business planning and operation for the past 15 years, Richard brings in plenty of practical expertise to his consultancy services and training programmes.

Toh Puay Yong is a Director of PS Consulting Group Pte Ltd.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Singapore. He graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and later read MBA at University of Manchester. He is a Fellow of the International Management Centres Association (IMCA).
Puay Yong has worked in US & German MNCs & regional corporations and is well exposed to the areas of corporate planning, risk control, financial management, administration, operations and quality management. His experience spans across such industries as manufacturing, trading (physical distribution and derivatives) and IT services. His 2 years’ overseas posting in China as Controller exposed him well to cross-cultural management, where he was overall in-charge of the Corporate Planning, Finance, HR, Administration, as well as Operations (Purchasing, Shipping, Scheduling etc.) functions of a 200-professional-strong multi-million business. 
Puay Yong is the Supervisor of Asian Management Centre, and has lectured/trained widely in the region in various MBA and management programs.
