The programme is specifically designed to assist companies in setting the right direction ahead. SALES AND MARKETING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES Every company needs to realise its income. Therefore, Sales and Marketing are largely regarded as the key driving factors for every company’s success. In today’s dynamic and competitive market environment, there are plenty of companies who are facing sales and marketing difficulties. On the one hand, some companies are suffering from low sales input caused by lack of expertise and competitiveness and on the other hand, there are more companies suffering from business indigestion i.e. overwhelming sales with short-falling deliverables. Both phenomena ultimately result in low or non-profitability and poor sustainability. In view of these critical situations, PS Consulting Group has designed a series of strategic development programmes for its customers (which are mostly small & medium enterprises) to enable them to improve on their competitiveness and profitability. The programmes are highly customised based on customers’ products, market, suppliers, clientele and their competitive profile. The Sales & Marketing Development Programmes entail: Strategic study
of customers’ business environments; Each consultancy programme may last from 3-9 months, depending on the complexity of the customer’s requirements. QUALITY & BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY ISO 9000 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ISO 9000 (International Organisation for Standardisation) is a set of worldwide standards that establishes requirements for the management of quality. It is being used by most organisations to provide a universal framework for quality assurance -- primarily through a system of development and implementation of the Quality Management System. The ISO standards are generic in that they apply to all types of industries, from service to manufacturing. ISO 14000 ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IISO 14000 (International Organisation for Standardisation) is a set of international standards on environmental management. It is a programme that demonstrates commitment to an environmentally friendly culture, in which it provides a framework for the organisation to identify business aspects which will have a an impact on the environment and to develop programmes to enable targets to be achieved. NATIONAL COST OF QUALITY (NCOQ) MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Cost Of Quality (COQ) is defined as the cost required, provisioned or involved in meeting the designated quality standard set by a company. It applies to all businesses and is by no means restricted to manufacturing and service industries. Unlike the ISO9000 quality programme, the COQ programme explicitly addresses the cost involved in the quality planning, execution process and in the business transactions’ completion. The aim of PS Consulting Group Pte Ltd, in line with the government's and PSB's objectives, is to assist companies in managing their Cost of Quality and achieving optimum business results.
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) provides a framework for organisations to effectively manage their processes to prevent and control food hazards. It is a system that identifies where hazards might occur in the food production process and puts in place control measures to prevent hazards from occurring. PS Consulting Group provides comprehensive consultancy service and support to our clients who are committed in developing and implementing the Quality programmes. Local Enterprise Technical Assistance Scheme (LETAS) The Local Enterprise Technical Assistance Scheme (LETAS) aims to help local enterprises which seek external expertise to modernise and upgrade their operations. The Scheme is administered by the Enterprise Development Fund Secretariat (EDF), Incentives Management Division of the Standards Productivity and Innovation Board, Singapore (SPRING Singapore). Companies with 30% local shareholding, not more than S$15 million of fixed assets and not more than 200 employees (for service organisations) are eligible to apply. |
