Clarification Notes

While many business people including ourselves (incorporated for less than 3 years) are lacking in sound management skills to run our companies, we must bravely identify our problems in order to effectively remove the undesirable root causes. Nevertheless, while environmental changes take place, if companies cannot see what’s wrong with the business internally and refuse to accept the truth that the old times can no longer come back, that will be disastrous. To cope with the economic downturn, we, the small businesses, must adopt a Lifelong Learning Attitude to help ourselves, rather than depending on others.
